Is BalloonFlow AI available now?

Yes. BalloonFlow AI is on the App Store for iPhone. BalloonFlow Pro starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Will BalloonFlow AI work on Android?

Not yet. BalloonFlow AI is built for iPhone, and it also runs on Macs with Apple silicon. An Android version is in development, but it is not available to download yet. Join the Android beta waitlist to get the first invite.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Eligible new subscribers get 7 days free. The trial includes 3 AI garland checks, 3 AI backdrop mockups, and 3 Theme Studio plans, and that is the allowance for the whole 7 days rather than a daily amount. After the trial, the membership renews automatically at $29.99 a month until you cancel. Does BalloonFlow charge my customers?

No. Customer deposits and balances are paid through the balloon business’s own connected Square account, and the customer has to actively press the secure payment button. The app never charges a customer automatically.

How do Square deposits work?

The balloon artist connects their own Square account. Once a proposal is signed, the deposit step is prepared for the client; when the client chooses to pay, the payment goes directly through the artist’s Square account and is recorded under the lead.

Are my photos private?

Private uploads are not automatically published to Community, and uploaded filenames remain private.

Are Community photos public?

Community content is public only when the user intentionally posts it.

Can I edit a mockup after saving it?

Yes. Drag-and-drop mockups save as editable projects you can reopen, rearrange, recolor, and download again, not just as finished images.

Does BalloonFlow replace a professional contract or installation-safety review?

No. BalloonFlow helps with creative and business planning but does not replace legal, tax, insurance, venue, rigging, or installation-safety advice. Confirm venue measurements, manufacturer quantities, and installation requirements before you build.

How are AI usage limits handled?

During the 7-day free trial, eligible subscribers receive 3 AI garland checks, 3 AI backdrop mockups, and 3 Theme Studio plans. After the trial converts to a paid BalloonFlow Pro membership, the monthly allowances are 30 checks, 30 mockups, and 20 Theme Studio plans. Paid allowances reset monthly, and unused usage does not roll over.

Can I cancel or restore my Apple subscription?

Apple manages in-app membership billing, cancellation, and restoration, and the app includes a Restore Purchases option. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.

Is it BalloonFlow, Balloon Flow, or BalloonFlow AI?

They are all the same app. The official name is BalloonFlow AI, and people often write it as BalloonFlow, Balloon Flow, Balloon Flow AI, or just the BalloonFlow app. There is only one BalloonFlow AI.
